Magnolia Homes Inc. Drawing Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The Magnolia Homes registration drawing is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and subcontractors of Magnolia Homes and Oak Grove Realty, as well as the immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and those living in the same household of each such employee, contractors and subcontractors are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Magnolia Homes, which are final and binding in all respects.

Timing:
The drawings will be held quarterly from November 1, 2007 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time ("CT") and ends October 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. Entries will be entered into the quarterly drawing for the 3-month period during which the activity that resulted in the entry was completed. Entries received for one quarterly drawing will not be rolled over into subsequent quarterly drawings. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification.

General Conditions:
Magnolia Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the drawing, as determined by Magnolia Homes in its sole discretion. In such event, Magnolia Homes reserves the right to award the applicable prize in a random manner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The quarterly winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held each quarter from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Registration Information Agent, an employee of the Sponsor. Potential winner will be contacted by telephone initially.
