Life in Fayette County couldn't be sweeter. You'll love the down-home country feel and low taxes, while still being just minutes from food, fun, shopping, schools, and medical facilities. "Living in Fayette County is living life with a small town charm accompanied with some of the most beautiful homes and communities. This is my second year living in Rossville," says Angela Burross with Oak Grove Realty, "and there is no other place I would call home or raise my children. Moving to Rossville has been the best decision we have ever made. I look forward to our community growing."
But residents aren't the only ones excited about Fayette County. Developers are also thrilled to be part of cultivating a new community. Reggie Garner with Magnolia homes says, "We are so excited to be a part of the Saunders Creek community. It is an upscale neighborhood in Rossville of Fayette County. We offer a phenomenal entrance feature, walking trails, ponds and best of all, a close-knit community feel. We would love for you to join the Saunders Creek family and begin living the life today!" Jason Crews with Windbrook Estates says, "Fayette County has become an exciting place to call home. What a wonderful place to raise a family!" Jimmy Moore with Huntington Pointe couldn't agree more with all the wonderful things being said about Fayette County. Of Huntington Pointe, Jimmy says, "Huntington Pointe is a tranquil, safe and family-oriented subdivision." Mike Russell with The Lakes of Greenbrier is also teeming with excitement about the Parade of Homes®. "A free look at crisp, newly-decorated homes in uncompromising rural settings...just minutes to shopping and TN 385...how can you not come? Did we mention that it is free?"
Take advantage of this outstanding opportunity to enjoy a free tour of the best homes and neighborhoods in South Fayette County. The South Fayette County Parade of Homes® is a "must see" and a great way to spend a day seeing why so many of your friends and neighbors may be considering a move to this area for their next home.
