For many people building a home can be a real test of their patience, and at times the whole process can simply be overwhelming. However, thanks to your attention to detail and “hands on” approach, building my home was a wonderful experience! From the day I wrote the contract until the day I moved in, you were with me each and every step of the journey. Thankfully for me that journey did not end when you gave me the keys: your commitment to excellence has shown itself in your prompt customer service since my closing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to build a home that I can be proud of. I am happy to say that I have owned not one but TWO Magnolia Homes now, and should the time ever arise for me to build again you can rest assured you will be building my third.

That Extra Touch: “Going beyond the expectations”

Magnolia Homes broke ground on our home and we moved in less than four and one half months. There wasn’t a day that went by that my wife or I didn’t see a subcontractor or worker on the job. Magnolia Homes found the exact set of plans to fit our needs and we have no regrets. Reggie and Karen went beyond our expectations with ideas for our customer plan that turned out great. If we ever were to move again Magnolia Homes would be our builder.

Dear Karen,

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we enjoyed working with you building our new home. It was a delightful experience! First of all, we would not have entered into this venture without having the utmost confidence in you. You have a splendid reputation as a top quality builder with a great eye for detail, so we had high expectations. We want you let you know that you exceeded our expectations!

Karen, we remember the evening that we signed our contract. You told us at that time, “This is going to be fun.” You were right. I think you will agree that there are not many homeowners who build a custom home who can make that comment. You and your staff were an absolute pleasure to work with each day.

Also, we would like to let you know how much we appreciate the outstanding service we received from your staff, subcontractors and suppliers. They are courteous professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. They have a tremendous amount of respect for you. Most every one of your subcontractors and suppliers made a special point to tell us something we already knew- We made a great choice selecting not only one of the very best builders in the city, but a great person as well. It is quite apparent that you are not just successful in your profession, but in your relationship with others.
